Mr. Sandberg also served as the Chairman of Board of Asure Software, Inc., and as a director of Issuer Direct Corporation and Planar Systems, Inc. since 2009, 2013 and 2012 respectively, each of which is a publicly traded company. Mr. Sandberg also served as a director of EDCI Holdings Inc. from 2009 to 2013 and as a director and Chairman of the Strategic Committee of RF Industries Limited from 2011 to 2013.
