Ms. Nelson is Founding Director of the Corporate Responsibility Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School, and a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. Service on the Economic Advisory Board of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Co-Chair, the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Food Systems Innovation. Previously on the Leadership Council of the Initiative for Global Development and the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on International Governance, Public-Private Cooperation and Sustainable Development. Service on the Company’s Board of Directors since 2011. Currently serves on the Board of Directors of the following non-public entity: Chevron’s Niger Delta Partnership Initiative Foundation. Prior service on the Boards of Directors of the Abraaj Group, FSG, SITA (now SUEZ Environment) and the World Environment Center.
