James F. Major Jr. serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Major has been an executive officer of the Company since 2015 (and of SBS from 2005 through the Merger). He is currently our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and is responsible for finance, credit and information technology activities. Mr. Major has substantial expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting, tax planning and compliance. Mr. Major joined SBS in 1998 as Assistant Controller. Prior to that, he was an audit manager with PwC. Mr. Major received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University.
