Glen E. Tellock serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Tellock has been the President and CEO of Lakeside Foods, a privately-held international food processor, since May 2016. Previously, he served as the President and CEO of The Manitowoc Company, a manufacturer of construction and food service equipment, from May 2007 until October 2015. He also served as Chairman of the Board of The Manitowoc Company from February 2009 until October 2015. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of The Manitowoc Company beginning in 1999 and President and General Manager of Manitowoc Crane Group beginning in 2002. Prior to joining Manitowoc in 1991, Mr. Tellock served as Financial Planning Manager with the Denver Post Corporation and as Audit Manager with Ernst and Whinney. Mr. Tellock also currently serves as a director on the board of Badger Meter, Inc. Mr. Tellock has been a Director of the Company since 2006. Mr. Tellock, who serves as one of the financial experts of the Company’s Audit Committee and has previously served as an audit manager of a major accounting firm, provides the Board with extensive knowledge and experience with respect to financial reporting and risk assessment. Accordingly, Mr. Tellock depth of public company leadership experience, expertise in managing complex manufacturing operations and knowledge in leading a multi-billion-dollar global company are especially valuable to the Board and management team.
