Mr. Heintzman retired as Chief Executive Officer of Bancorp and the Bank as of September 30, 2018. From October 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, he held the position of Executive Chairman. Mr. Heintzman holds an accounting degree, and prior to joining the Bank, worked as a certified public accountant for an international accounting firm. He joined the Bank in 1985 and, prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, held a series of executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and President. In January 2005 he assumed the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Heintzman was instrumental in the Bank’s growth strategies and profitable execution. His commitment to ethical standards set the example for the Bank and its employees, and his tenure and experience in all areas of the business provide a unique perspective of the business and strategic direction of the Company.
