Since November 2003, Mr. Raifman has served as the managing member of Momentum Sports Group, LLC, which owns and operates the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team. From February 2010 to October 2010, Mr. Raifman served as the Executive Chairman of LiveRail, Inc., a video ad exchange and real time bidding company.
