Rendell was an attorney at the law firm of Ballard Spahr. Gov. Rendell worked on several real estate transactions as an attorney in private practice. An Army veteran, Gov. Rendell holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Villanova Law School.
